We currently ship only to the following countries and regions:
- United States
- Canada
- United Arab Emirates
- Bahrain
- Australia
- Qatar
Orders placed outside these regions will not be accepted.

We always choose the fastest and most reliable shipping option available at a fair price.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status at any time.
Our average shipping time is 7–14 days.
In some cases, delays may occur due to customs processing, local delivery carriers, or regional conditions.
2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Unless displayed differently at checkout, all applicable taxes, duties, and handling fees are already included in the product price and have been prepaid.
You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
- Packages that cannot be delivered or are returned due to incorrect address information or failure to pick up the parcel
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us.
We will assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.
If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but has not been received, an official non-delivery certificate from the local postal service may be required (as outlined in our Refund Policy).
